Frank T. Becker teaches Equine Law. He is a practitioner in Lexington, specializing in equine and commercial law and litigation, and is also an experienced and certified mediator and arbitrator. Frank is the author of the legal textbook Equine Law, and regular speaks on the topic of equine law. He has served as Chair of the Mediation Center of Kentucky and as a hearing officer of the Lexington-Fayette County Human Rights Commission. He was previously a partner in the law firms of Miller, Griffin & Marks and Dinsmore & Shohl. He is a 1979 Coif graduate of the College of Law.
