Some of the most talented, law-focused undergraduate students from across the country will convene for two days this fall at the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law for the inaugural Bluegrass Regional Undergraduate Moot Court Competition, co-sponsored by Berea College. Preliminary rounds will take place on Friday, Nov. 11, 2022, and elimination and final rounds on Saturday, Nov. 12, 2022.
The competition will be held in various classrooms of the Law Building with the finals taking place in the G. Chad Perry III Grand Courtroom.
This year’s national Case Problem involves one Fourth Amendment issue and a second Eighth Amendment issue.
