Registration Information

The registration fee for the program is $400. This fee includes refreshments for in-person attendees and materials in PDF format for all registrants. Hard copies of materials are available for in-person attendees at an additional charge of $50, though all registrants are welcome to print the provided PDF.

This program is pending accreditation from the Kentucky Bar Association for 12.00 CLE Credits, including 2.00 Ethics Credits. Click here for additional information about CLE credit in other jurisdictions.

Cancellations, Refunds & Substitutions

For cancellations requested prior to 4:30 p.m. Eastern, May 6, 2026, a full refund (less $50 administrative charge) will be issued. No refunds are available for cancellations after this deadline. Registrations are transferable and substitutions can be made at any time.

Location, Accommodations & Parking Information

The program is being held at The Campbell House, located at 1375 South Broadway, Lexington, KY 40504. A room block at the hotel for the nights of May 11 & 12, 2026, will be held until April 21, 2026, or until sold out, at the rate of $139 per night. There is no additional charge to park at the hotel.
