If, when, and how you decide to define, create, and sustain your family.
If/When/How focuses on lawyering for reproductive justice, and places a large emphasis on educating while appreciating the intersectionalities involved in reproductive issues. Our goal is to help transform the legal and policy landscape to make our belief a reality. If/When/How provides wrap-around legal services for anyone facing criminalization for pregnancy, abortion, or birth. We work to stop criminalization from happening to others in the future.
We believe that everyone should have the power to decide if, when, and how to define, create, and sustain their families. We imagine a world where every person has the right and resources to make reproductive decisions free from discrimination, coercion, or violence.
