Alyssa Young

Director of Events & Operations

Alyssa Young began working at the University of Kentucky Rosenberg College of Law in June 2015. As Director of Events & Operations, Alyssa is responsible for planning numerous college events, serving as the college liaison to university facilities and space partners, managing requests for use of space in the building, and coordinating the Rosenberg College of Law Commencement ceremony. Prior to working at Rosenberg Law, Alyssa served as Alumni Program Coordinator for the UK Alumni Association for 8 years, planning events and working with UK Alumni Clubs across the country.

Alyssa is a native of Danville, KY, and holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from Furman University (Greenville, SC) and a master’s degree in Kinesiology and Health Promotion from the University of Kentucky.
