Chuck Krebs is corporate counsel for Gray Construction, where he advises the company on commercial construction contracts and projects . As an in-house attorney, he works closely with business leaders and project teams to identify legal issues, manage risk, and provide practical advice. As an Adjunct Professor he teaches for the law school’s externship program. His course focuses on the practical skills and judgment required to serve effectively as in-house counsel, and introduces his students to many practitioners who join him as guest lecturers. Krebs lives on a Christmas tree farm in central Kentucky with his wife and 5 children and is active in his church community, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
