Law Practice & Technology Librarian

Christie joined the UK Law Library faculty in July 2024 as the Law Practice & Technology Librarian. Christie holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Toledo. With seven years of experience working in an academic law library, Christie has developed a deep understanding of legal research and resource management, playing a key role in supporting students, faculty, and researchers.

In addition to her professional expertise, Christie is an avid reader of fantasy novels, which fuels her creativity and imagination. She also enjoys baking and gardening, finding joy and relaxation in these hobbies outside of work. Christie brings a unique blend of scientific knowledge, legal expertise, and a passion for lifelong learning to her role at the law school, continually striving to enhance the library's offerings and support the academic community.
