Julia Costich

Julia Costich, J.D., Ph.D. a professor in the Dept. Health Services Management, and also serves as associate director of the Kentucky Injury Prevention and Research Center. She teaches in the Master of Health Administration and Master of Public Health programs, and serves as director of the Graduate Certificate in Improving Healthcare Value. Her current research focuses on legal and policy issues in public health and health care. She is a coif graduate of the UK College of Law and practiced in the public and private sectors before returning to the UK faculty in 1998.
