Professor Sripinyo is a former Deputy Branch Chief at the Office of Counsel to the Inspector General for the Department of Health and Human Services. He is an experienced litigator who has handled everything from discrimination claims to a complex capital homicide appeal. He has practiced before courts-martial, federal courts, Virginia state courts, the Merit Systems Protection Board, and the EEOC.


As a Marine Judge Advocate, he served as a Trial Defense Counsel, Special Assistant to the US Attorney, Appellate Defense Counsel, and the Deputy Director of the Navy and Marine Corps Appellate Defense Division. He argued six reported cases before the Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces (the military's highest court) and presented a one-hour oral argument as the lead counsel in the death-penalty appeal of LCpl Kenneth G. Parker.
 

Mr. Sripinyo is a member of the Kentucky Chapter of the Order of the Coif. He holds a B.S. in Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Michigan, a J.D. from the UK Rosenberg College of Law, and an LL.M. in Environmental Law from The George Washington University Law School. In his spare time, Professor Sripinyo enjoys playing the piano, HIIT workouts, picking locks, and computer hacking competitions.
