Nealy R. Williams serves as the Legal Director for the Monuments Workshop at the University of Kentucky, leveraging her experience supporting clients in civil matters across both transactional and litigation practices. She also serves as an instructor at the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law, teaching classes such as litigation skills and legal drafting. Nealy has represented clients in litigation on a wide range of matters, including data privacy and cybersecurity, land-use planning, insurance defense, and products liability. She also has in-house experience managing the contract lifecycle of institutional gifts and advising on matters of philanthropy and education law at the University of Kentucky. Through written and oral advocacy, Nealy has presented arguments in Kentucky federal and state courts, and before administrative tribunals. She earned her JD from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law and holds a BA in Sociology from Brown University.
Nealy is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association Continuing Legal Education Commission.
