Susan McClure

Judge Susan Wesley McClure teaches Family Law. She has been the Hopkins Family Court Judge since 2007 and is the Chief Circuit Judge for the 4th Judicial Circuit. In 2006, she sat as the Hopkins Circuit Judge for General Jurisdiction. Judge McClure has served as a Domestic Relations Commissioner, a Special Justice on the Kentucky Supreme Court, and an Assistant Hopkins County Attorney. She graduated from the University of Kentucky and UK’s College of Law. Judge McClure is a member of the National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges, a graduate of the National Judicial College, a National Model Court Judge, a mentor judge for KY Circuit Judges, and an editor for the KY Circuit Judges’ Benchbook. She is on the teaching faculty of the KY Circuit Judges’ Association.
