By requesting access to the UK College of Law Symplicity system and submitting this form, you agree to abide by the following policies:
Confidentiality Policy: Your username and password are for your use only. This access information should be kept in a secure place and shall not be shared with anyone else. The employer, job posting and other information listed in the Symplicity system is provided for your own personal use to assist you in your job search. The information shall not be shared with other individuals, organizations, academic institutions or entities, and it shall not be listed in or provided to a publicly available forum, such as a website, blog, etc. The College of Law reserves the right to revoke access to the online Symplicity system at any time and for any reason, or for no reason. If it is determined that you have shared your username and password or the information in Symplicity with anyone else, then your access may be revoked.
Job Posting Policy: The Symplicity system requires that all jobs posted have an end date. When Career Services inputs an end date into the Symplicity system, the system automatically converts this information so that it appears as a deadline date on your view. Jobs are posted by Career Services for a 30 day period unless a deadline is otherwise indicated by the employer. Please be aware that the deadline date you see for a job posting may be the 30 day posting period, and that some employers may hire on a rolling basis. If you are interested in a position, it is always a good idea to apply as soon as possible. The information inputted into the system is provided by employers. By requesting access to the system, you agree to hold the University of Kentucky, its employees and representatives harmless from any and all errors or damages resulting from your use of the system and/or the information in the system. |
