UK SGA child care grants

Childcare grants are available for part-time and full-time UK students, both at the undergraduate and graduate level, who need financial assistance for day-care service for their children.  To be eligible, a student must be enrolled at UK in the semester they apply for the grant and their children must be enrolled in a day-care or after school program that requires a weekly or monthly payment.  Childcare Grants were created to help UK students with children further their education with less financial stress. This is a one-time grant with applications available each semester. If both parents are UK students, please note this on the application, but it is not necessary for both parents to apply. Fall 2017 applications will be available in early September. The grant will be accredited through myUK to your student account. Thank you for taking the time to complete this application. The selection committee reviews numerous applications, so be as DETAILED in your responses as possible. This application cannot be saved once you begin, so it must be completed in its entirety. The deadline is October 25th by 5 pm. No late applications will be accepted. Decisions will be made by November 2nd, applicants will be notified no later than November 10th of their status. If additional paperwork is required you will be notified.
