Buddhism in Dialogue: Philosophy, Peace, and Contemporary Life:
Conversation on Buddhist philosophy and its relevance to contemporary life. Hosted by Phuc Nguyen, a Philosophy PhD student and teaching assistant, the event features Rev. Dr. Thich Hang Dat, a Vietnamese Buddhist monk based in Louisville, Kentucky.
Participants will explore key Buddhist ideas and consider how these teachings can help foster a more respectful and inclusive community. The event is open to students, faculty, staff, and all interested members of the UK community.
