UK/CLE has a large catalog of KBA-accredited CLE programs available via streaming video, allowing you to earn all 12 hours of your annual CLE requirement when it fits into your schedule. All Self-Study programs are currently undergoing re-accreditation with the KBA for the 24-25 Reporting Year. We appreciate your patience as this process takes several weeks. A link to the most current offerings will be reposted here as soon as accreditation is complete.
Technical Specifications
Our streaming video programs are professionally recorded in HD and hosted on Vimeo. They require the following to view:
- a PC or Mac desktop or laptop computer
-or-
an Android, iOS, or Windows mobile device, such as a phone or tablet computer; - the newest version of the web browser of your choice
-or-
the free Vimeo mobile app (available for Android and for iOS) - a stable wired, wi-fi, or cell data internet connection.

Please note that streaming video programs cannot be downloaded to your computer or device; they must be watched with a live, stable internet connection and will count against your data plan on your mobile device if you are not using wifi.
Licensing
Your UK/CLE self-study CLE program purchase affords you the right to claim CLE credit for that program during the reporting year in which it was purchased. Self-study CLE programs are re-accredited every year by the KBA, and the activity number on the claim form will expire if you do not claim your CLE credit as part of your requirement in the correct reporting year.
Multiple attorneys in the same place of work wishing to use the same self-study CLE program recordings and materials may purchase additional licenses at a reduced rate. Please call our office for additional license pricing.
Refunds, Exchanges, and Credit Vouchers
UK/CLE understands that an attorney might mistakenly purchase a self-study CLE program that was recorded at one of our live CLE programs for which the attorney has already claimed CLE credit, or that an attorney might order the same self-study CLE program twice. The best way to reduce such errors is to check your CLE transcripts with the KBA before making your purchase, but even so, we understand that accidents happen. We are happy to refund your purchase or exchange your self-study CLE program for one of equal value within 30 days of purchase. Up to 60 days after your purchase, we will gladly issue you a credit voucher in the same amount. Credit vouchers expire one year after they are issued and may be used for any self-study CLE program, live CLE program, or publication offered by UK/CLE. No refunds, exchanges, or credit vouchers will be issued after 60 days.

Kentucky attorneys may claim unlimited non-live technologically transmitted credits each educational year (online, DVD, CD, video, and audio format).
UK/CLE self-study programs are only accredited in Kentucky.
