Immigration Attorney Eulalia Salas will speak virtually about her work in employment immigration to interested law students. She will focus on the first two visa categories: First Preference, those of extraordinary ability, outstanding professors and researchers, multinational executives and managers; and Second Preference, Members of the professions holding advanced degrees or persons of exceptional ability.

Hosted by the Business Law Society.  The speaker will focus on topics of difference between big law, boutique, and solo practice; types of work following from business law; and relationships between business attorneys and business owners

The Appalachian Law Caucus will host guest speaker Ryan Mosley from the Kentucky Office of the Attorney General. The objective of this event is to provide law students with insight into career paths in state government and public service. Students will have the opportunity to ask Mr. Mosley questions about his legal career during a Q&A session. Food will be provided.
