Registration Information
The registration fee for this program is $400. This fee includes refreshments for in-person attendees and materials in PDF format for all registrants. PDF download links will sent via email (along with Zoom access information for remote attendees) 24-48 hours before the program begins.
Hard copies of materials are available for in-person attendees at an additional charge of $75, though registrants are welcome to print the provided PDF. Hard copies can be picked up when signing in at the program.

This program is accredited by the Kentucky Bar Association for 10.0 CLE Credits, including 2.0 Ethics Credits.

Cancellations, Refunds, and Substitutions
For cancellations requested prior to 4:30 p.m. Eastern, July 31, 2026, a full refund (less $50 administrative charge) will be issued. No refunds are available for cancellations after this deadline. Registrations are transferable and substitutions can be made at any time.
Accommodations and Parking
A room block at the hotel for the nights of August 5 & 6, 2026, will be held until July 6, 2026, or until sold out, at the rate of $139 per night. There is no additional charge to park at the hotel.
