June 3, 2026 | noon - 1:30 pm Eastern
This program will be livestreamed via Zoom.
The legislation in Senate Bill 50 has updated Kentucky's probate process, simplified its intestacy provisions, and clarified the spousal elective share. Also included are transfer on death provisions for vehicles, authority for electronic wills and other estate planning documents, a new decanting act, a comprehensive directed trust statute, and authority for Domestic Asset Protection Trusts.
Our panelists will review the Bill and alert us to new developments that will influence our practices and advice to clients for years to come.
NOTE: This program is separate from, but the perfect complement to, the 53rd Annual Bondurant | Bagby Estate Planning Institute.
