Registration Information
The registration fee for this program varies depending on the option chosen; see Video Program Options below. This fee includes materials in PDF format only. Video access and PDF download links will sent via email 24-48 hours before the program begins.
Please note: Last Chance Video has only been accredited in Kentucky.

Cancellations, Refunds & Substitutions
For cancellations requested prior to 4:30 p.m. Eastern, June 19, 2026, a full refund (less $50 administrative charge) will be issued. No refunds are available for cancellations after this deadline. Registrations are transferable and substitutions can be made at any time.
How Does it work?
- Determine how many CLE hours you need and select Option 1 (2 hrs, 2 Ethics), Option 2 (6 hrs, 1 Ethics), or Option 3 (12 hrs, 2 Ethics) as appropriate. See Video Program Options below.
REMEMBER: Attorneys need to earn 12 hrs CLE credit, including 2 hrs Ethics credit, by June 30, 2026.
- If you are selecting Option 2, choose which CLE Video Program you would like to watch.
- You will receive an email from UK/CLE on June 22, 2026, with the link(s) to your Video Program(s). You have until 11:59 p.m. on June 30, 2026, to complete the Video Program(s).
PLEASE NOTE: All materials will be provided in PDF format only.
- Report your attendance to the Ky. Bar Association by August 10, 2026. We will provide instructions for using the KBA’s online reporting system.
